Idea Elan Calendar

All new users must contact facility managers either through direct email or through new project requests before they will be approved in the reservation platform.

Caltech users should follow this link to the calendar.

External users, please follow this link to create an account.

Project information is required for every reservation! As such, first, navigate to Projects and create all of your projects (use a very large Budget number). Then, during instrument reservation select the appropriate project for which you will be collecting data.

To set up SCREENING SESSIONS on the Arctica, please send your interest to the Managing Director.
